2 pkgs. graham crackers crushed
1 carton vanilla ice cream/creamed till smooth
1 pkg. 12oz. semi sweet chocolate pieces
1 cup powdered sugar
1 stick butter, melted
Crush graham crackers and line the bottom of a 13x9x2 baking pan. Reserve half a cup for top later. Thaw out just until smooth vanilla ice cream. Melt butter, semi sweet chocolate until creamy and add powdered sugar to make a drizzle fudge consistency. Pour chocolate mixture over graham crackers. Pour softened ice cream over fudge and sprinkle remaining graham crackers over top and freeze. Set out 5 minutes before cutting and serve...
